Return Eligibility
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to return items for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
- Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Return an Item
- Request a Return: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Prepare Your Return Package: Include the original packing slip or order confirmation in the package.
- Ship It: You are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same steps for returning and mention the desired replacement in your email.
